Thank you for shopping at Summet. Here is important information regarding our shipping procedures and delivery timelines.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timelines & Regions
We ship worldwide. Estimated shipping times depend on your destination:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to register in the courier system.
Customs, Duties & Delays
International shipments may occasionally be subject to customs delays or import taxes outside of our control. Summet is not responsible for postal delays caused by customs processing, severe weather conditions, or local carrier logistics disruption.
Address Corrections
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you discover an error, email us immediately at summetsculpt@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
